Specially designed for college kids, the plan includes a yearly check up, and all necessary sick and telemedicine visits. In-office labs, and in-office treatments associated with above visits are included. Plan requires a 1 year commitment at a rate of $175/month. Each additional student can be added for $50/month. All vaccines will be billed directly to patient’s insurance.
