In addition to the guidance and visits offered by Dr. DeChurch through your baby’s first year of life plan, this premium bundle provides a special focus on the importance of nurturing yourself and your little one during this special time. In individualized sessions you will receive a full personalized nutrition assessment and nutrition education by our very own nutritionist, Adrienne. She will walk you through maternal diet recommendations personalized to your specific dietary needs including your choice of topics such as breastfeeding or a plant based diet. In addition, she discusses the benefits of supplements, exercise, and how to incorporate the peaceful practice of mindfulness.

This plan also includes a private session with our pediatric allergist, Dr. Breslin. She will guide you on the transition of your infant to solid foods and help pave the way to decreased lifelong allergy risk. She will provide allergy specific food recommendations and assess for any other allergy risks or needs.

Once your baby begins the transition to solid foods , you will have the opportunity to meet with Adrienne to answer any questions or concerns. She will discuss the makeup of a balanced meal and snack as well as fun and healthy eating habits

After your baby’s first birthday you will meet with Adrienne once more to discuss topics such as picky eating, mealtime habits, as well as healthy and realistic meal planning tips to begin a healthy and happy lifelong relationship with food and family meals.

This plan will require a 1 year commitment and is offered for $500/mo.
