Uniquely designed for families with multiple children, the plan includes 1 yearly check up for each enrolled child in one family as well as all sick and telemedicine visits. All in office-labs and in office-treatments for above visits are included. Families with 2 children are $400/month, each additional child may be added for $100/month. This plan requires a 1 year commitment. All vaccines will be billed directly to patient’s insurance.

To hold your spot in d. pediatrics click choose plan and pay the first month fee. This fee will be applied toward the first month of the plan.
